Do we sell or share personal information? Certain contractor lead transfers may be considered a sale, and certain disclosures to advertising or audience platforms may be considered sharing for targeted advertising under applicable law. Do we process sensitive personal information? No. We do not collect precise device geolocation, biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, account passwords, or financial-account credentials.

How long do we keep information? Retention varies by the type of information and why it is used. We may retain estimate, submission, consent, communication, contractor-routing, opt-out, and suppression records as reasonably necessary to document requests, honor choices, prevent unwanted recontact, resolve disputes, and comply with law. 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services and the features you use. It may include:

• Contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing or property address, and communication preferences
• Property, pool, and project information, such as property location; pool structure or type; dimensions, estimated size, and depth; surface condition; finish preferences; repairs or additional work being considered; project timing; and other answers, selections, preferences, or details about a pool or project
• Estimate and lead information, such as estimate results, ranges, assumptions, finish selections, line items, calculation versions, region, project status, lead status, qualification information, and contractor-matching or routing information
• Communications, such as emails, text messages, recorded telephone calls, call notes, support inquiries, feedback, and other correspondence
• Content you submit, such as project descriptions, reviews, written feedback, documents, and other written materials you provide
• Privacy and communication choices, such as consent, revocation, unsubscribe, do-not-call, do-not-text, do-not-sell-or-share, and suppression preferences

Estimate, lead, submission, consent, and communication records

In Short: We may create and retain records about your use of the Services, submissions, estimates, communications, disclosures presented, and choices.

These records may include information about:

• how you access and use the Services, including identifiers, session and attribution information, timestamps, device and browser information, interactions, errors, and security events
• forms, disclosures, notices, buttons, and policy versions presented to you
• information submitted through the Services and estimates or related project records created from it

Contractor and business inquiry information

In Short: We may collect information submitted by contractors and other businesses.

If you contact Pool Revival as a contractor, advertiser, vendor, data provider, potential partner, or other business, we may collect:

• your name, role, job title, business name, and business contact details
• business website, locations, service areas, availability, and project types
• licenses, insurance, qualifications, credentials, certifications, and references
• pricing, commercial terms, advertising proposals, lead preferences, and service information
• portfolio descriptions, reviews, written materials, and other business information you provide
• communications and due-diligence information related to a possible business relationship

Sensitive Information. We do not collect precise device geolocation, biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, account passwords, or financial-account credentials.

All personal information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you must be authorized to provide it.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some technical, device, usage, session, and advertising information is collected automatically.

We may automatically collect information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services, including:

• Log and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, language, referring URLs, pages and screens viewed, dates and times, searches, clicks, form activity, errors, and feature usage
• Device data, such as device type, identifiers, browser settings, hardware model, internet service provider or mobile carrier, and system configuration
• Session and attribution data, such as visitor and session identifiers, campaign and advertising identifiers, referral source, landing page, experiment or variant assignment, and conversion or event information
• Approximate location data, such as region or general location inferred from an IP address or from the property address you submit
• Cookies and similar technologies, such as cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and similar identifiers

We do not collect precise device geolocation.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We may obtain information from public records, data providers, platforms, contractors, and other lawful sources.

We may obtain or verify information from:

• public property, parcel, licensing, registration, and business records
• mapping, address, geocoding, and location providers
• analytics, advertising, audience, attribution, and marketing partners
• customer relationship management and lead-management providers
• data providers and fraud-prevention or identity-verification services
• local contractors, vendors, references, insurers, credentialing sources, and business partners
• public websites, social media, and other publicly available sources

Information obtained from these sources may include contact details, property characteristics, approximate location, service-area information, licensing or business information, advertising and intent data, platform identifiers, and information used to verify, supplement, measure, attribute, or better understand an estimate request, lead, campaign, or business inquiry.

For calculator users and homeowners, we may combine information you provide with public records and other lawful third-party sources to verify, supplement, or better understand information about a property, pool, location, project, or estimate request. We may use this information to prepare or improve estimates, confirm service-area eligibility, personalize communications, support contractor matching, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain records, and improve the Services.

Google API

If we receive information from Google APIs, our use of that information will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process information to provide and improve the Services, prepare estimates, communicate, manage leads and contractor relationships, document choices, measure advertising, maintain security, and comply with law.

We may process personal information for purposes including:

• To provide and operate the Services. We may use information to operate the website, calculator, estimate tools, forms, content, and other requested features.
• To prepare and provide estimates. We may use property, pool, project, condition, preference, location, and selection information to calculate, prepare, deliver, explain, and improve estimates and to apply relevant assumptions and local pricing information.
• To communicate with you. We may use information to deliver and discuss an estimate, respond to inquiries, request feedback, administer requests, and communicate about Pool Revival or related offers through live calls, individually initiated text messages, automated or nonautomated email, and postal mail, subject to applicable law and the disclosure presented when information is entered or submitted. We record telephone calls after providing notice and obtaining the consent required by law. We use call recordings and call notes to document conversations, provide service, review quality, train personnel, resolve disputes, maintain security, and demonstrate compliance. For an incomplete form, we may use an entered email address or mailing address for email or postal follow-up. We may use an entered telephone number for a live call or an individually initiated, non-automated text only if, before leaving the form, the consumer took an affirmative action or otherwise clearly requested or authorized that contact. Merely entering a telephone number does not by itself authorize calls or text messages.
• To create, route, and administer leads. We may use information to create lead and prospect records, determine project fit, qualify or prioritize inquiries, select or consider contractors, route or transfer requests, track contractor receipt or response, and administer referral or lead relationships.
• To connect you with local contractors. We may process and disclose a submitted request to one or more matched local contractors so they can evaluate the project and contact you as described at submission.
• To document requests, assent, consent, and choices. We may process disclosure, button, policy-version, submission, communication, contractor-routing, opt-out, suppression, and related records to document electronic actions, honor choices, prevent unwanted recontact, resolve complaints, and demonstrate compliance.
• To maintain records and personalize communications. We may combine information about a property, project, estimate, lead, interactions, and likely interests to maintain records, create internal customer or prospect segments, personalize communications and offers, and determine which Pool Revival services or contractor relationships may be relevant.
• To evaluate contractor and business inquiries. We may review and verify credentials, licensing, insurance, service areas, availability, pricing, portfolios, references, and other business information; conduct reasonable due diligence; negotiate potential relationships; and maintain related records.
• To measure and improve our Services and marketing. We may analyze usage, conversions, funnels, campaigns, errors, performance, user research, and advertising effectiveness and may use information to improve products, estimates, content, and marketing.
• To advertise and create audiences. Subject to applicable law and your choices, we may use identifiers, activity, and audience information for advertising attribution, remarketing, audience matching, lookalike or similar audiences, enhanced conversions, Customer Match, and related advertising functions.
• To maintain security and prevent misuse. We may use information for authentication, fraud prevention, bot detection, rate limiting, debugging, abuse prevention, incident response, and system integrity.
• To comply with law and protect rights. We may use information to respond to legal process, maintain required records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
• With consent or as otherwise disclosed. We may process information for another purpose when we provide notice and obtain any consent required by law.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may disclose information to independent contractors, service providers, analytics and advertising platforms, CRM and communications providers, business partners, and other parties described below.

Specific providers may change as our business and technology change. Examples below are illustrative; a provider change does not require a policy update if the category, purpose, and material data practice remain the same.

Matched local pool contractors and lead recipients

We may share or sell a submitted estimate request as a lead or referral to one or more local pool contractors or pool-service businesses selected or considered for the project. These businesses are independent recipients, not merely vendors processing information on Pool Revival’s behalf. More information appears under Local Contractors and Lead Transfers.

Vendors, service providers, and processors

We may disclose personal information to vendors that perform services for us or on our behalf, including:

• Website hosting, cloud infrastructure, database, and storage providers, such as Vercel and Supabase
• CRM, sales, lead-management, and customer-support providers, including providers used to organize leads, communications, pipeline status, and contractor routing
• Analytics and product-analytics providers, such as PostHog and Google Analytics
• Advertising, conversion-measurement, audience, retargeting, and social-media platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta where enabled
• Email, calling, texting, communications, transcription, and collaboration providers
• Mapping, address-autocomplete, geocoding, and location providers, such as Google Maps or Places
• Security, anti-fraud, anti-bot, authentication, and abuse-prevention providers, such as Cloudflare
• Testing, uptime, performance-monitoring, error-monitoring, and product-development providers
• AI, automation, and data-processing platforms
• Finance, accounting, legal, insurance, and professional advisers
• Mailing, fulfillment, survey, and research providers

These providers may receive identifiers, contact information, project information, usage data, session and attribution information, estimate or lead information, communications, and other information reasonably necessary to perform the applicable service.

Analytics, advertising, and audience platforms

We may disclose online identifiers, device and browser information, website activity, conversion events, campaign information, and—through designated features where enabled—hashed or otherwise formatted customer identifiers to analytics and advertising platforms for:

• product and website analytics
• advertising attribution and conversion measurement
• remarketing and retargeting
• audience creation, matching, suppression, or expansion
• enhanced conversions and similar measurement tools
• Customer Match, custom audiences, and similar services
• fraud prevention, frequency control, and campaign optimization

Platforms may include Google, Meta, PostHog, and other analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social-media providers. These companies may process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent businesses for some purposes.

We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or full property addresses through ordinary analytics event fields. Designated advertising features such as enhanced conversions, Customer Match, or custom audiences may receive approved identifiers, including in hashed form. Hashing is a security measure and does not make information anonymous.

Other disclosures

We may also disclose information:

• In a business transfer, such as a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services
• To affiliates or business partners for a purpose described in this Notice
• To comply with law or protect rights, including responding to lawful requests, preventing harm, investigating fraud, and enforcing agreements
• At your direction or with your consent
• In aggregated or deidentified form where the information cannot reasonably identify you, subject to applicable law

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, security, analytics, advertising, attribution, and personalization.

We and third parties may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

• keep the Services functioning
• remember preferences and preserve progress
• maintain security and prevent abuse
• understand usage and improve the Services
• diagnose errors and measure performance
• attribute visits, estimate requests, leads, and conversions to advertising
• create or use advertising audiences
• deliver, limit, or measure personalized advertising

Where required, optional analytics or advertising technologies are used subject to your consent or cookie choices.

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Enhanced Conversions, and Customer Match

We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand use of the Services, measure advertising performance, attribute estimate requests and other interactions, and create or use advertising audiences. Where enabled and subject to applicable law and your choices, we may provide Google with hashed versions of identifiers you provide, such as email address, telephone number, name, or address, for enhanced conversions, Customer Match, measurement, and audience matching. Hashing does not make the information anonymous.

Meta and other advertising platforms

Where enabled, we may use Meta or other advertising platforms for conversion measurement, audience creation, retargeting, custom audiences, lookalike or similar audiences, campaign optimization, and advertising delivery. Depending on the feature used, those platforms may receive online identifiers, event information, campaign data, and customer identifiers in hashed or otherwise approved form.

Product analytics

We use PostHog product analytics to understand how visitors move through the calculator and other Services, evaluate experiments, identify errors or drop-off, and improve the user experience. PostHog collects visitor and session identifiers, device and browser information, approximate geolocation, screen or step activity, referral and campaign information, and conversion events. Ordinary PostHog event properties do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or full property addresses.

You may manage optional cookies and similar technologies through our Cookie Preference Settings where available. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect some features.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, how it is used, whether a relationship remains active, and applicable legal obligations.

We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide and improve the Services
• prepare, preserve, and explain estimates
• communicate about estimates, projects, and related offers
• manage leads, contractor matching, referrals, and business relationships
• maintain business, accounting, and legal records
• prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions, and security incidents
• resolve complaints and disputes
• enforce agreements and establish or defend legal claims
• comply with law

Submission, disclosure, consent, communication, contractor-routing, transfer, opt-out, and suppression records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, honor consumer choices, prevent unwanted recontact, and resolve disputes, even if other information is deleted or anonymized.

When we no longer have a legitimate need to retain personal information, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely isolate it, subject to backup, legal-hold, and technical limitations.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our Services. However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use the Services and transmit information at your own risk, and you should use a secure device and connection.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: The Services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We do not knowingly solicit or market to children under 18. If we learn that we collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict the information. Contact info@poolrevival.com if you believe a child provided information to us.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES?

In Short: Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information and choices about communications, cookies, advertising, sales, sharing, and contractor transfers.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• know whether we process personal information
• access personal information
• correct inaccurate personal information
• request deletion
• obtain a portable copy
• opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling
• limit certain uses of sensitive personal information
• appeal a decision on a privacy request
• exercise rights without unlawful discrimination

Rights are not absolute, and exceptions may apply.

Communication choices

You may:

• click the unsubscribe link in a marketing email
• reply STOP to a text message
• tell a caller not to call or text
• ask us to stop postal marketing
• email info@poolrevival.com

We may retain minimal suppression information to honor your request. Service-related communications may continue when necessary and permitted by law.

Advertising and cookie choices

You may manage optional analytics and advertising cookies through Cookie Preference Settings where available. Cookie choices generally apply to browser or device-based technologies and do not by themselves stop a submitted lead from being transferred to a contractor.

Sale, sharing, and contractor-transfer choices

To request that Pool Revival not sell personal information, not share it for targeted advertising, or not make future transfers of an identifiable estimate request to matched contractors, email info@poolrevival.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share.

A verified request applies prospectively to information and future transfers we can reasonably identify. A transfer completed before we process the request may not be reversible. The point-of-submission disclosure and applicable law may affect the scope of a request.

Mobile information

We may share mobile information with local contractors and service providers for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including so matched contractors may evaluate a submitted project and contact the consumer. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared for unrelated third-party marketing.

How to exercise privacy rights

Email info@poolrevival.com and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity using information already associated with you or request additional information reasonably necessary for verification and fraud prevention.

You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may verify your identity directly.

Appeals

Where applicable, you may appeal a refusal to act on a privacy request by emailing info@poolrevival.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting, but there is no uniform standard for interpreting it. We do not currently respond to ordinary Do Not Track signals.

Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law, we recognize Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) as an opt-out signal for browser or device-based sale or sharing used for targeted advertising. GPC may not identify a submitted estimate request stored separately in our systems. To opt out of future identifiable contractor lead transfers, use the Do Not Sell or Share request method described above.

10. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Residents of certain states may have additional rights. The disclosures below describe categories of information and recipients using common United States privacy-law terminology.

Categories of personal information

Categories disclosed for business or commercial purposes

We may disclose Categories A, B, D, F, G, H, I, and K, as applicable, to:

• hosting, cloud, database, storage, and security providers
• CRM, sales, lead-management, and customer-support providers
• email, telephone, texting, mailing, and communications providers
• analytics, product-analytics, testing, monitoring, and research providers
• mapping, address, and geocoding providers
• advertising, conversion-measurement, audience, retargeting, and social-media platforms
• AI, automation, and data-processing providers
• legal, accounting, insurance, and professional advisers
• matched local pool contractors and pool-service businesses
• affiliates, business partners, and parties to a corporate transaction
• government authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law

Sale and sharing disclosures

Under some state laws:

• A transfer of a submitted estimate request to a matched local contractor in exchange for money or other valuable consideration may be a sale.
• A disclosure of identifiers, activity, or audience information to an advertising or social-media platform for cross-context behavioral advertising may be sharing or targeted advertising.

The categories of personal information we may sell to matched local contractors include Categories A, B, D, G, and K, and may include relevant H information if a consumer submits project photos or similar materials.

The categories of third parties to whom personal information may be sold are:

• matched local pool contractors
• pool resurfacing, repair, remodeling, maintenance, equipment, or related pool-service businesses

The categories of personal information we may share for targeted advertising include Categories A, F, G, and K.

The categories of third parties with whom personal information may be shared for targeted advertising include:

• ad networks and advertising platforms
• analytics and conversion-measurement providers
• retargeting platforms
• social-media platforms
• audience-matching and marketing platforms, including Google and Meta where enabled

These disclosures describe our current and reasonably anticipated practices so the Notice does not require an update solely because we add, replace, or remove a provider within an already disclosed category or begin a disclosed contractor-transfer practice. We will update the Notice if a material category, purpose, or consumer choice changes.

California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request information about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes by emailing info@poolrevival.com.

11. INCOMPLETE REQUESTS

We may retain information entered before an estimate or other request is completed or submitted. We may use it to operate the form, preserve progress, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, understand use of the Services, maintain records, improve the experience, create internal customer or prospect segments, and, where contact information has been entered and applicable law permits, send Pool Revival communications by email or postal mail.

If, before leaving an incomplete form, a consumer has taken an affirmative action or otherwise clearly requested or authorized live calls or individually initiated, non-automated text messages, Pool Revival may use the entered telephone number for that contact within the scope of the disclosure shown. Merely entering a telephone number into an unfinished form does not by itself authorize calls or text messages.

We do not share or sell an incomplete estimate request to local contractors unless the consumer later submits the request, takes an affirmative action authorizing the sharing, or otherwise asks us to do so.

12. LOCAL CONTRACTORS AND LEAD TRANSFERS

We may share or sell a submitted estimate request as a lead or referral to one or more local pool contractors or pool-service businesses matched or considered for matching to the project.

Information transferred may include:

• name, email address, and telephone number
• property address and region
• pool structure, size, depth, condition, and other pool information
• project preferences, desired finish, additional work, and project timing
• estimate range, assumptions, selections, and related project information
• communications and routing information reasonably necessary to evaluate or follow up on the request

Matched contractors are independent businesses. They may use the information to evaluate the project, call, text, or email the consumer within the scope described when the request was submitted, provide information or quotes, schedule appointments, and follow up about the estimate, project, and related offers.

Pool Revival may receive compensation for advertising, leads, referrals, introductions, or resulting projects. Compensation and commercial arrangements may influence whether, which, how many, or in what order contractors are selected, displayed, matched, or contacted.
